Join us this coming summer for a unique retreat in the heart of the Ionian -Zakynthos Greece with the fun and talented artist , Liza! A week of exploring, discovering, painting, and tasting Zakynthos. You will visit the towns and villages, take a tour of our gorgeous island, participate in painting classes with Liza and much more. We will make sure that your experience in Zakynthos will be one you remember forever!
ITINERARY
Day 1
Arrivals and check in.
Day at leisure
Welcome dinner: Hosted at a local favourite to meet and greet everyone.
Day 2
Early morning yoga
Breakfast at Doliva Estate
Creative activity: Pottery and memorabilia or Dot art wit Sue Mouzaki. Then off for wine tasting and art to Gouma’s estate. Snacks will be offered.
Dinner: at Portokali in Argassi, a quaint arty place.
Day 3
Breakfast at Doliva Estate
Creative activity: Private boat Tour ‘Swimming and sketching’ for art, swimming and Beach Picnic.
Dinner: Greek night at Mixalis Taverna
Day 4
Early morning yoga
Breakfast at Doliva Estate
Creative activity: ‘Introduction to nudes’ in the privacy of the villa. Followed by a Greek buffet served on the terrace.
Afternoon: Greek Cooking class with ‘Let’s cook with Buon Amici’ followed by a sit down dinner with wine tasting and local produce.
Day5
Breakfast at Doliva Estate
Creative activity:’Zante Town Exploration and urban sketching’. Followed by souvlakia at a local favourite spot.
Dinner: An evening meal on Boxhali Hill at ‘Spiti tou Lata’ overlooking the Town and Port.
Day6
Breakfast at Doliva Estate
Creative activity: a wonderful tour around the island ‘Back to the roots’ and lunch stop.
Dinner: at Isalos in beautiful picturesque, Keri overlooking the sea.
Day7
Early morning yoga
Breakfast at Doliva Estate
Creative activity: ‘Swimming and sketching’ at Arba in Marathia followed by lunch at the famous Votsalos Taverna.
Afternoon with ‘Blue River’ for an introduction to watercolour magic amongst the olive trees.
Dinner: ‘Bye-Bye dinner’ at Buon Amici.
